Our state of the art helpdesk software also allows our customers to log their own support incidents directly onto our helpdesk, from there they can monitor the progress of their call and are notified by email of any updates.  Customers also have access to their own reporting tools, allowing them to monitor our performance and ensure that they are getting value for money.  They can also keep copies of job sheets for their own records.

Platinum Support Package

Everything is covered.

The 'Total' package; includes all of the following:

  • All replacement parts*
  • Monthly on site healthcheck and proactive support
  • Fixed Hardware and Labour Costs

 *parts are replaced on a like for like basis

 
Gold Support Package

The 'Enhanced' package includes all of the following:

  • Unlimited telephone support
  • Unlimited  remote support
  • Unlimited on-site support
  • Monthly on site healthcheck and proactive support
  • Fixed Labour Costs

 
Silver Support Package

Covers everything that is covered by our Gold Package, but is chargeable at an hourly rate and invoiced at the end of each month.  Ideal for small businesses.

Bronze Support Package

Our Bronze package is aimed at providing IT consultancy and assistance.  You pay for a ‘block’ of time then call us as and when you need our expertise.  Call us now for more information.
